The Vinayaka Mission’s College of Nursing, Karaikal has conducted Graduation Ceremony for UG & PG candidates on 01.02.2023. The ceremony began with an academic procession. Dr.P.Mekala,Vice Principal , has welcomed the gathering. The Chief Guest Prof. Dr.M.Jeyagowri, Principal,College of Nursing, East Coast Institute of Medical Science,Puducherry congratulated the graduates and stressed on the importance of nursing profession in patient care. The guest of honour was Dr. G. Vijayakumar Nair, Vice Principal, VMMC, Karaikal addressed the gathering. Dr.K.Cheran, Medical superintendent,VMMC, Dr.Sriram, RMO,VMMC, Dr. K.Geetha, Director, SAHS and Dr. Velmurugan, Principal,Shanmuga College of Physiotherapy has felicitated the function. The Graduates were awarded the medals and degree certificates. Prof Dr. K. Kamala, Principal,VMCON,administered the Nightingale pledge to the graduates. .Mrs.P.Gomathi, Professor, delivered the vote of thanks. The Programe ended with National Anthem and return of academic procession.
